The agent is not friendly. She took several mins to warn me to package by myself. But as a customer I do not know where to place the tag, etc. Usually it is her job to do it. She was not patient at all, complaining she has to work everyday like this. I was like, so you need to improve your work efficiency. Do not force your customer to do your job!
I had lots of good experiences at UPS and FedEx stores, not this one. I was really frustrated.
Rude staff made rude remarks about us returning things from our registry. Just wait for other locations to be open, don’t waste your time with the staff here, we had “a lot of stuff to return” and she didn’t “have a lot of time”…
I visited this location as the UPS Store offers Notary services. Once there I was told by the staff they won't notarize a specific type of document (Power of Attorney). According to the employee, this is a "policy of the owner" to not notarize Power of Attorney documents. As a previous Notary (my commission has expired) I was shocked. I've had such a document Notarized at a different UPS Store in the cities, and to my knowledge, there's very specific reasons where they can refuse service, but none by 'document type' as the Notary isn't even supposed to be concerned with the type or context of the document (we're not attorneys). Their website says nothing about this restriction so I wasted my lunch just to find out they discriminate against a standard legal document. Complaint filed with the MN Secretary of State and 'The UPS Store' corporate about this location.
Staff at this location are always friendly, helpful and willing to offer guidance to their customers when they have questions or concerns about shipping. This store represents the UPS organization well.
I usually can get in and out fairly quick. Customer service is okay. Clean store. Just remember to follow the signs located inside the store.
Dropped two packages off to be returned at Amazon, asked for a receipt for both items. I was handed a receipt. The next day I got a credit from one item. I looked and the receipt only contained one item being returned, not two. Called and was told the manager wasn't in and she couldn't help me. Went to the store that was very busy. The person helping was trying to help and very nice. He asked what I assumed to be the manager and he just said her name and she yelled at him, "Now you made me screw up because you interrupted me", then told him to go away and maybe she would help him later. Then he politely asked me to wait to speak to her. She then asked me to come over. She said it's my fault because I didn't check the receipt. I will avoid this place from now on. Who ever is in charge of this place needs to look at who is in charge and make changes.
I am editing this review. This morning the owner contact me. He was able to look up the return and assure me it would be on its way. I wouldn’t have put in a review of the person at the store wasn’t so rude to another employee and myself. The owner assured me it was banter between coworkers. It sure didn’t look like that. I appreciate the call and follow up. I understand they deal with hundreds of returns to Amazon. Maybe they could train their employees to look up items in question so customers don’t feel like they aren’t being acknowledged.
